Loyalty Rewards Program: Terms & Conditions

1ClickFoodMarket (“the Company”) offers a voluntary Loyalty Rewards Program (“Program”) for registered customers. Participation is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of these terms. By enrolling or making eligible purchases, the customer (the “Member”) agrees to abide by the Program rules. The Company may modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time without notice.

  • Earn Rate: Members earn ten (10) Loyalty Points for each Canadian dollar (CAD $1.00) spent on eligible purchases. Eligible purchases include merchandise sold on the website and exclude taxes, shipping fees, service charges, discounts, coupons, and payments to third-party vendors. Points are earned on the product subtotal (pre-tax) at checkout and are automatically credited to the Member’s account. Retroactive or manual point awards are not permitted.

  • Redemption: Each fifteen (15) Loyalty Points can be redeemed for a CAD $1.00 credit toward future purchases. The minimum redemption is 150 points (equivalent to CAD $10.00). Redemptions apply only to product totals (pre-tax) and cannot be used to cover taxes, delivery fees, or other charges. Redeemed points immediately reduce the order total; no cash or change is given for remaining points. If a refund is issued for an order in which points were redeemed, the points used will be reinstated to the Member’s account.

  • Limitations and Expiration: Loyalty Points have no cash value and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Points may not be used for any purpose other than as described. Points will expire twelve (12) months after they are earned or after twelve consecutive months of no account activity, whichever comes first. The Company may change the expiration policy with notice on the site. If a Member’s account is closed or terminated, any unredeemed points are forfeited.

  • Changes and Abuse: The Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program (including point accrual and redemption rules) at any time without notice. Any abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the Program (including account misuse to earn extra points) may result in immediate forfeiture of points and termination of Program privileges. Upon Program termination, unused points will be void and cannot be redeemed.

Payment Policy

  • Accepted Payment Methods: 1ClickFoodMarket accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express® credit or debit cards; Interac® e-Transfer (Canada only); and mobile wallets (Apple Pay®, Google Pay®) on supported devices. All transactions are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment gateways, and the Company does not store full payment card details.

  • Authorization and Security: All payment transactions require authorization and verification by the issuing bank and 1ClickFoodMarket. We may delay or cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or if an order appears suspicious. By placing an order, you represent that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided.

  • Currency and Taxes: All prices and transactions on the website are quoted and billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable sales taxes will be added at checkout as required by law. International customers may incur additional currency conversion or foreign transaction fees imposed by their bank or card issuer.

  • Order Cancellation: If payment fails, is declined, or an issue is detected, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order. We may also cancel orders due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will receive notification and any charges will be refunded.

  • Customer Billing: By submitting payment information, you authorize 1ClickFoodMarket to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount (including taxes and fees).

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of many products, 1ClickFoodMarket enforces a strict final-sale policy. Returns or refunds are only granted under the conditions described below:

  • Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Items: If you receive any item that is damaged, spoiled, expired, or not what you ordered, notify us immediately. To file a claim, email returns@1clickfoodmarket.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence.

  • Claim Resolution: The Company will review your claim and may request the return of the product (at our expense) for inspection. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit (at our discretion) within 3–5 business days. Store credit has no cash value.

  • Exclusions: No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be given for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality. The Company is not responsible for delays or non‑delivery caused by incorrect shipping information or the customer’s absence at delivery. If a delivery attempt fails, the order is considered complete and no refund will be issued.

  • Customer Responsibility: You must inspect all perishable items immediately upon delivery. 1ClickFoodMarket is not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse, or any consequences arising after you have accepted delivery of products.

  • Shipping and Delivery: Delivery options and times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. The risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by shipping carriers. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or your absence, additional re-delivery fees may apply.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, 1ClickFoodMarket and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for delayed delivery, product defects, or allergic reactions. In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

  • What is your delivery timeline? Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) are generally eligible for same-day or next-day delivery. During peak seasons, please allow 1–3 business days for delivery. You will receive an email confirmation with your estimated delivery date.

  • What if I miss my delivery? If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee of CAD $9.99 may apply. Perishable items will be held for up to 12 hours after the first delivery attempt; after that time, we may consider them unclaimed and dispose of them.

  • How do I cancel an order? You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After 30 minutes, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as processing may have begun.

  • How do I earn and redeem loyalty points? You earn 10 points for every CAD $1.00 spent. You may redeem 15 points to receive CAD $1.00 off your order (minimum 150 points, $10). Redemption applies only to the product subtotal (pre-tax).
